I won’t preach to you about the importance of user interviews when validating a hypothesis but I can merely hope that by now you acknowledge their implication....
To decide on what to focus on when improving your product, try to ask yourself:
“Where are we not doing a great job, where could we do it better, where does it matter, and how confident we are of the impact?”
Product managers or founders fulfilling this role need be great at saying NO. An outstanding product should be a cohesive entity delivering measurable value and not just a set of related features.
